Lychee Fruit Crush range is made with min 40% real fruit and can be added to Frozen Yoghurt or Smoothie bases to create delicious fruit flavours. They are not syrups, they are real fruit blends.

Ingredients
Sugar, Fruit, Water, Stabilisers (E1442, E440), Flavours, Citric Acid (E330), Preservative (E202), Colours.
For Fruit Toppings: Just pour Fruit Crush over any dessert and transform it into a wonderful add value dessert. The fruit pieces are important as they show real fruit has been used.
For Real Fruit Flavouring: If making frozen yoghurt the Fruit Crush can be included into the base before freezing in the machine. See method for fruited soft serve / Fro Yo.
Method for Fruited Soft Serve / Fro Yo:
Add 4.5 Litres of water into a large mixing bucket and add 400g of the Fruit Crush to that. Use an electric hand blender on this for 30 seconds, this makes the fruit pieces small for the ice cream machine. Add a 1.5kg sachet of Soft Serve / Fro Yo powder to the bucket and mix as usual (60 seconds). Pour into machine hopper and start usual operations wait 10 minutes before freezing unless topping up.
