Mixing Instructions for Dark Chocolate Soft Serve Ice Cream
Add 2.5 litres of pure warm water to the mixing vessel and then add the soft serve powder (1.04kg) sachet. Mix with Food grade bucket with a wire whisk or electric mixing wand for 1 minute, until mix is completely dissolved – and add straight to the ice cream machine hopper. Wait for 10 minutes before turning on the machine.
