Ingredients
Milk solids, Cheese Powder, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Fat, Modified Starch (1422), Salt, Food Acid (270), Flavourings, Emulsifier (322 Soy), Colours (102,129).
How to Use:
It's super simple - add 1kg Australian Cheddar Cheese Sauce sachet to 2.4 litres warm water (around 60 deg is good) and mix well/whisk for 60 seconds. Let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk again to check it's smooth. The sauce can then be filled into sauce dispensers or bottles, or served warm from a thermostatically controlled dispenser.
