YoYo Greek Frozen Yogurt Soft Serve Mix has been designed to make a high quality, fully flavoured frozen yoghurt product with a Greek Yoghurt taste. It performs and compares with the best of the major European brands when used according to the following instructions. It can be combined with fresh fruit and/or our Fruit Crush to create a range of products; the results are delicious. When mixed with Acai the taste is amazing. We also offer a customised option to include high levels of probiotic bacteria within our powder; though this adds cost it is a powerful marketing tool.
This product can also be used as a base for flavoured soft serve, sundaes, flurries, frappes, thick shakes, milk shakes and as a dessert topping.

Ingredients
Sugars, Milk Solids (Whole Milk Powder),Maltodextrin, Vegetable Oil, Vegetable Gums(460, 466, 415, 407), Vanilla flavourings, Emulsifiers (417, 472b, 322 Soy).
Mixing Instructions for YoYo Greek Yogurt
Add 2 litres of pure water and 2 litres whole milk to the mixing vessel and then add the YoYo powder (1.6kg) sachet. Mix in a food-grade bucket with a long (40cm) wire whisk for 1 minute, until mix is completely dissolved. Allow 10 minutes before giving a final whisk, then add to the ice cream machine hopper.
