Ingredients
Sugar, Maltodextrin, Milk solids ( Skim milk powder, whey powder, yoghurt powder) Vegetable Fat, Food Acid (330, 340), Stabilisers (466, 407), Flavourings, Guar gum.
Mixing Instructions for YoMaxx Soft Serve Ice Cream
Add 3.5 litres of pure water to the mixing vessel and then add the frozen yoghurt powder (1.5kg) sachet. Mix in a food-grade bucket with a long (40cm) wire whisk for 1 minute, until mix is completely dissolved. Allow 5 minutes before giving a final whisk, then add to the ice cream machine hopper.
