Ingredients
Maltodextrin, Sugar, Coconut Powder [Coconut Cream, Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch (1450)], Emulsifiers (475, 471), Salt, Stabilisers (466, 412), Citrus Fibre, Flavours, Anticaking Agent (551), Food Acid (270)
Mixing Instructions
Pour 3 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparing food. Open a 1.5 kg bag of powder and pour into the water while mixing with a wire whisk. Keep mixing for about 30 seconds or until all the sugar has dissolved. Using an electric hand/stick blender, blend for a further 30 seconds until all powder is completely dissolved Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Whisk vigorously before putting into soft serve machine and freeze down. NOTE: Utensils used for preparing soft serve mixes must not be used to prepare or store other food products
