Mixing Instructions for Snowboy Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream
Add 3.5 litres of pure water to the mixing vessel and then add the soft serve powder (1.5kg) sachet. Mix with Food grade bucket with a long wire whisk(35-40cm) mixing plunger for 1 minute, until mix is completely dissolved – then add straight to the ice cream machine hopper. Wait for 10 minutes before turning on the machine if it is empty e.g. if using from a clean down.
