Instructions for Acai Soft Serve Starter Pack
Use soft serve machine as per instructions & volume may vary by hopper size. Adjust according to requirements. Recommended mix; Add 4 x 1L cartons of Acai pulp. Total yield approx 4 Litres (20 x 200g bowls).
Instructions for Soft Serve using Improver (increase overrun)
For a regular gravity-fed machine, use 4 x 1L Mango, add a 300g of Improver to 1 Litre of water to increase overrun by around 15%. For a pump-fed machine, the same addition will boost overrun by 25–40%. Operate your soft serve machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Hopper sizes will vary, so adjust quantities to suit your requirements. Improver will increase sweetness by approx 5%.
Instructions for Mango Soft Serve (adding coconut water)
Follow the instructions above. Switch out water for 1Ltr of coconut water. This will slightly increase your overrun.
