Ingredients
Fructose, Maltodextrin, Dietary Fibre (Inulin), Food Acids (296, 331), Stabilisers (466, 412, 407).
Mixing Instructions for Flavoured Sorbet
Pour 3 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing container and add 1Ltr of SHOTT Real Fruit Syrup. Add a 1.5kg sachet of Sorbet soft serve powder into the water while mixing with a wire whisk, until all powder has dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes then whisk vigorously before pouring into the soft serve machine to freeze. Please note water & flavour volumes can be adjusted according to required flavour profile.
Mixing Instructions for Sorbet base
Pour 4 litres of cool, clean drinking water into a food-grade mixing container. Add a 1.5kg bag of S007 into the water while mixing with a wire whisk, until all powder has dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes then whisk vigorously before pouring into the soft serve machine to freeze.
