The Art of Blend Velvet Dairy Frappe base is a classic balance of dairy ingredients with a subtle touch of Vanilla. The Art of Blend Dairy Frappe is a very versatile, rich and creamy base for all your cold beverage needs.
Flavour - Sweet, Milky, Dairy.
Blender- For 16oz/475ml serving: Fill the cup with ice cubes, add water up to ¾ of the cup and pour into a blender. Add 2 scoops (80g) of Velvet Dairy Frappe base. Add 15 -30ml of flavouring syrup. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds* or until smooth. Decorate with whipped cream and toppings. *Blender times will vary depending on blender type used.
Granita/Slushie- Add 1kg of Velvet Dairy Frappe base to 5 litres of cold drinking water and stir well using a whisk. Transfer the liquid to a Granita Machine, leave on freeze with the agitation ON and wait until ice crystals have formed. Flavour and decorate as desired.

The more Cartons you order the cheaper it gets. So if you're a busy Cafe or Food Service location you'll receive good savings when buying bulk. You'll find everything you need on the Art of Blend Order Form. You simply add in the flavours to fill the carton, then Add to Cart. Once your order is placed, it will be packed in the Art of Blend warehouse and shipped directly to you.
