How to Use Frosty Boy Dipping Chocolate

For best results, begin by preparing the product correctly. If the chocolate has solidified, immerse the entire bottle in warm water until fully melted, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 30°C. Once melted, shake well to fully combine the contents. Decant the chocolate into dipping containers and maintain a holding temperature between 21°C and 28°C for optimal consistency. To serve, dip the soft serve or ice cream cone into the chocolate, hold for 3 seconds, then remove and allow the coating to set. The chocolate will harden within 3–15 seconds, forming a smooth, glossy shell.
