100% Mango pulp (variety Uba) and citric acid.
Use soft serve machine as per instructions & volume may vary by hopper size. Adjust according to requirements. Recommended mix; Add 12 x 1L cartons of Mango pulp. Total yield approx 14.5 Litres (50 - 60 bowls).
For a regular gravity-fed machine, use 12 x 1L Mango, add a 1.2 kg bag of Improver to 4 Litres of water to increase overrun by around 15%, yielding approximately 5–6 bowls per litre. For a pump-fed machine, the same addition will boost overrun by 25–40%, producing 6–7 bowls per litre. This combination delivers a total yield of 17.2 Litres of Mango Soft Serve. Operate your soft serve machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Hopper sizes will vary, so adjust quantities to suit your requirements. Improver will increase sweetness by approx 5%.
Follow the instructions above. Add 1Ltr of coconut water. This will slightly increase your overrun.
Add 3 Litres of water into a large mixing bucket and add 2Ltrs of Mango pulp. Whisk to combine. Add a 1.5kg bag of Frosty Boy Vegan Coconut Base to the bucket and mix. Keep mixing for about 30 seconds or until all the sugar has dissolved. Using an electric hand/stick blender, blend for a further 30 seconds until all powder is completely dissolved. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Whisk vigorously before putting into soft serve machine and freeze down as per machines instructions
