Suppliers (Producers) will review your order and dispatch according to their planned shipping days. Your nominated Supplier dispatch day can be found on the Order Receipt. You will be emailed a notification of dispatch as well as Order tracking details. Shipping will be approximately 1-3 days after the date of dispatch. This estimate excludes weekends and public holidays. Whilst every effort is made to work within these estimated delivery periods, will not be liable for a delay in delivery. No cancellations

Once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel or refund your order because of change of mind or incorrect stock ordered. Good Food Warehouse does not have the authority to issue returns on behalf of the Suppliers. Suppliers must approve all returns as products are perishable and this is decided on a case by case basis.

Customer Service makes every effort to ensure all customers are keep informed of any issues regarding orders, dispatch and delivery. All correspondence is conducted via your registered email address. All correspondence is recorded against the order to ensure our team has accurate information on hand. The team will do their best to assist you as quickly as possible. For Supplier (Producer) questions in some cases it can take 24hrs for a reply.


Customer Obligations

As part of our service we need to ensure the order is received correctly, therefore upon receipt of the Order, you acknowledge and agree to: Open and inspect all cartons that make up the Order and note immediately any observed damage to Good Food Warehouse, retain damaged products and report the claim to Good Food Warehouse within 48 hours of the delivery

How to Report a Claim?

On your mobile phone, tablet or PC go to Account, Report a Claim, Login In - Select the Order Number, select the Supplier (Producer). Complete all the information required, including pictures and description of the issue. Submit, will send a copy directly to the Supplier (Producer) and to Good Food Warehouse customer service. The Supplier (Producer) will require 24-48hrs turn around, we will be back in touch during this time


(a) will only provide a credit or refund if the Order is damaged or the Order shipped is incorrect. Failure to notify within 48 hours of delivery of the Order will be deemed by as your acceptance of the Order and an exchange or refund will not be available.
(b) You are responsible for providing with the correct delivery information. If your Order is returned to as a result of incorrect delivery information or your failure to collect the Order (where it has not been delivered), you are responsible for any shipping charges for the return of the Order.
