2. 100% Money Back Guarantee
Is our delivery guarantee and provides you with the ultimate protection. If your carton does not arrive, we’ll give you your money back or organise a new batch to be shipped. If your product is damaged, we have an Online Claim system in place to ensure Suppliers replace the stock to your satisfaction.

- Valid for Wholesale Orders Only
- To be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee you must provide a valid price list/order/invoice from the competitor for the same delivered product
- Excludes competitor (including on-line) promotions, specials, deals, giveaways etc..
- Excludes competitor conditions e.g payment method discounts, product price less freight charges etc.
- Excludes WA and NT due to high freight costs (this may change in future)
