We’re excited to announce our partnership with BioPak, offering you access to their complete product range. We’ve started with the popular Art Series coffee cups & lids and will soon add the white coffee range and cold cups. Have specific requests? Share the SKU and we’ll get it listed for you! Our streamlined process ensures direct shipping from BioPak’s Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane locations making pricing more efficient by minimising interstate transport. Our Suppliers do close over Christmas, things to think about!!

• All Suppliers close for a period of time over Christmas, you'll see dates when ordering
• Online ordering is open 24/7
• Any orders placed during the holidays will be allocated to a new dispatch day in January
• All Suppliers recommend early December ordering to avoid the rush & courier delays
• Customer service will also be closed over Christmas, Jane will be checking emails

Byron Bay Cookies - Quick Update on December Orders

Starting mid November Byron Bay Cookies may have a 4 day lead time from Ordering to Dispatch. If you order Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday your order will be shipped on Thursday. If you order Wednesday, Thursday or Friday your order will be shipped the following Tuesday. Note; this can change at any time. Please allow an extra week for dispatch. If you are looking to place a large order please get this in asap, production will need to schedule stock runs. All orders are to be in by 13th December for dispatch prior to their Christmas closure.
