Australia’s original café Cookie, Byron Bay Cookies have been a staple in Australian cafés for over 25 years. They are famous for the glass cookie jars found on thousands of café and gourmet deli counters across the country. Byron Bay Cookie Company started in 1990 in a small country farmhouse in the hinterland of Byron Bay. With an old family recipe in hand, original founders Maggi and Gary started experimenting with local ingredients to bake Cookies for local markets under the name ‘Pickles, Pies & Petticoats’. The result was two deliciously decadent cookie combinations that changed the cookie market forever; White Choc Chunk and Macadamia Nut and Triple Choc Fudge, which are still some of Byron Bay Cookies’ most popular flavours to this day! It was only a matter of time before the humble cookie operation became too big for the farmhouse stove and production moved to an industrial sized bakehouse in Byron Bay where it remains today under the name Byron Bay Cookie Company. Packed full of deliciously decadent inclusions and baked to perfection in Byron Bay, it’s no wonder the Byron Bay Cookie Company is baking hundreds of thousands of cookies every week to keep up with demand!

Byron Bay Cookies continue to offer a huge range of delicious cookies, with their ever growing famous Cafe Cookie now producing over 13 flavours. Most of which are available in the Cafe Wrapped range as well. Best Sellers remain the famous Milk Choc Chunk and White Choc Macadamia. Along with Triple Choc Fudge, Sticky Date and Ginger, Anzac, Fig and Pecan, Rocky Road. Recently introduced flavours are Coconut Lamington Rosella, Dark Choc Mint Brownie, Granola Blueberry Chia and Sour Cherry Cheesecake. Byron Bay Cookies launched 40g Dispenser flavours in 2018 consisting of 3 delicious flavours; Choc Pretzel Pecan, Coconut Lamington Rosella and Sour Cherry Cheesecake. Part of their new Art Series, the packaging features unique artwork from local artist Teazer. This range is proving to be very popular with smaller food service outlets offering a quick grab and go treat. Twin Packs have been one of their specialties as it's perfect for Hotels, Airbnbs, Catering, Hampers and it's been very popular as a corporate boardroom treat. Available in all the popular flavours including a Gluten Free option, Triple Choc Fudge. Their 13g Bulk Catering Cookies come in six delicious flavours, perfect for any special occasion, party, meeting room.
