Making Iced Chocolate, a Sauce would be better than a powder as you will not get the gritty taste in the drink.
The ratios are: 1.3 litres of Water, 2.7 litres of Milk, 1 kg of Frappease, Chocolate Sauce to taste (minimum of 500ml and adjust accordingly)
Making Iced Coffee
The ratios are: 1.3 litres of Water, 2.7 litres of Milk, 1 kg of Frappease, 750 ml of Coffee or a Coffee Syrup (Flavour to taste with Caramel, Hazelnut, Vanilla or just use the straight Espresso)
