Butterfly Pea Matcha Tea
Ingredients
- 20g DaVinci Matcha Powder
- 100g Butterfly Pea Tea
- 5g Lemon
- 10g cream
Method
- Mix Butterfly Pea tea, Blue Ocean, Raspberry, Lemon into a glass.
- Shake Matcha, cream with ice into shaker.
- Pour into the glass.
Tips and Variations
- For the Butterfly pea tea, brew 25g of loose leaves with 1 litre of hot water for 5 minutes. Chill at room temperature and store in the fridge.

WHITE CHOCOLATE FRAPPE recipe by Arkadia Beverages
White Chocolate Frappe
Ingredients
- 475 ml (16oz) cup
- Ice cubes
- Cold water
- 80 g of Arkadia white drinking chocolate.
- Arkadia 20% Drinking Chocolate
Method
- Fill 475 ml (16oz) cup with ice, add 3/4 cup of water (or cold milk) and pour into a blender.
- Add 80 g of Arkadia white drinking chocolate.
- Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and Sprinkle with Arkadia 20% Drinking Chocolate to taste.
- Serve & enjoy.

- 45ml Milk
- 50g Ice

- In the serving cup pour the syrups and mix with the milk

- Top up with the nitro coffee from the tap
