Gluten Free Vanilla Cup Cake (6x470g)



This mix is dairy and egg free and comes with an icing sachet and all natural 100’s and 1000’s (free from artificial colours and flavours).



 Ingredients:

Sugar, gluten free flour (Maize flour, maize starch, tapioca starch), vegetable oil (emulsifiers (471, 477-halal) antioxidant (307), emulsifiers (471-halal), glucose syrup solids, raised agents (450, 500) thickeners (412, 415, 461-methylcelulose) natural vanilla flavour (0.4%) salt.

Icing: sugar, tapioca starch, natural colours (120,100,160c), natural flavours, glazing agent (903)

Mixing Instrucations

  • To make 1 x 20cm cake.
  • Place 160ml Water, 65gm Margarine and 2 eggs in a mixing bowl
  • Add 350gm of Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix.
  • Mix on slow for 1 minute and scrape sides.
  • Mix on medium for further1 minutes.
  • Grease cake tin and pour mixture into tin.
  • Bake at 180C (convention oven) for 30-35mins.
