Mixing Instrucations

  • To make 1 x 20cm cake.
  • Place 160ml Water, 65gm Margarine and 2 eggs in a mixing bowl
  • Add 350gm of Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix.
  • Mix on slow for 1 minute and scrape sides.
  • Mix on medium for further1 minutes.
  • Grease cake tin and pour mixture into tin.
  • Bake at 180C (convention oven) for 30-35mins.
