- To make 1 x 20cm cake.
- Place 160ml Water, 65gm Margarine and 2 eggs in a mixing bowl
- Add 350gm of Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix.
- Mix on slow for 1 minute and scrape sides.
- Mix on medium for further1 minutes.
- Grease cake tin and pour mixture into tin.
- Bake at 180C (convention oven) for 30-35mins.
