First time to our site?

Welcome.  All products are delivered direct from the wholesale food supplier - we facilitate the ordering between you and the supplier.  Yes you can place one order, one payment, one invoice for multiple wholesale food suppliers.  We do not charge you any additional freight charges at checkout, the product price you see is your delivered price.  We do not charge you any additional credit card fees.  Our system is based on selling mixed cartons of product from wholesale food suppliers, we refer to a carton as a 'Pack'. 

No matter how many packs you order or how many suppliers you order from you’ll get one invoice and have one payment to make.  It's as simple as that!!. 

"Packs" explained

All orders are made in “packs”.  You create a pack by choosing from a selection of goods from a single supplier.  You can choose all the same products for your pack, or you can mix products to create a mixed pack.  Pack combinations are different for each supplier and are determined by each Supplier as per their carton configurations.  Prices displayed are what you pay for each selection in your pack (no additional charges) and are exclusive of GST.

Easy 4 step ordering

1. Register online.
2. Click on a brand or a category above on our homepage.
3. Select the pack you are interested in and build your pack with the products you want.
4. Click on “Add to cart and continue checkout” or “Add to cart and build another pack”.  Alternatively, you can add the order to 'My Saved Orders' to order at another time.

Easy 4 step re-ordering

1. Login
2. Click on the "re order" tab at the top of the page, and then click on an historic order from your "Order / Billing History" list.
3. Click on "Add" the selected order to re-order, or click on "Change" the selected order to make changes to the order.
4. Click on "Add to cart and continue checkout"” or "Add to cart and build another pack".  Alternatively, you can add the order to your WishList to order at another time.

Dispatch Time-line

As soon as your payment has been processed, an Order Receipt will be sent to your registered email address.  The supplier will then pack and despatch your order, all orders, unless stated otherwise on the pack, are desptached no later that 48hrs after the time of ordering.  Please see our 'Delivery Terms'.
