1. We list mixed cartons of product from a single producer, these are called a 'Pack'
2. The minimum order is a mixed pack from a single producer
3. You are ordering directly from the producer
(producers may list multiple packs e.g different products fit into different carton sizes)
4. When you place an order, the producer packs the order & ships it directly to you.
5. Orders are shipped via Star Track Express
Each pack states the delivery timeline e.g. next day, despatched every Wednesday etc...
