Everyone has a rocky road story; that’s why it’s such an iconic treat.

Tracey’s mum is famous for her rocky road, and not just in her own kitchen. Over the years people had become so addicted to the delicious treat that by 2005 there was no choice but to share it with others. Tracey began selling her mother’s unique take on the traditional rocky road to Melbourne cafés and Chocky Road was born.

Fast-forward to 2010 and Chocky Road devotee Nadja joined the team to spread the sweetness even further. That same year the Sunday Herald Sun voted Chocky Road Victoria’s#1 rocky road (surpassing even her childhood favourite).

Remaining true to the original recipe of smooth semi-dark chocolate smothered over light fluffy marshmallows with delicately shredded coconut and crushed nuts, Chocky Road have taken a nostalgic old time treat and put a modern twist to it.

Made from locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality Chocky Road comes in six delicious, gourmet flavours and is stocked in cafes, delis and supermarkets nationally.

Tracey and Nadja have gnawed through slabs of Chocky Road perfecting these six recipes. After all, it’s crucial to get the ratio of chocolate to marshmallows to ‘goodies’ precise. That way you get a pop of sweetness, crunch and goo in every mouthful.
